I’m Victoria Sergienko — a professional photo retoucher

For over 7 years, I’ve been helping photographers create clean, cohesive, premium-looking galleries that strengthen their brand and attract higher-value clients.

My work goes beyond simply “fixing photos.”
I focus on building harmony across the entire series — where color, light, skin tones, mood, and storytelling work together as one visual identity.

I pay special attention to:
– Clean and consistent color across galleries
– Natural, healthy skin tones without overprocessing
– Cohesion between atmosphere, location, light, and emotion
– Retouching that enhances the image rather than destroys its feeling

I work with photographers worldwide (UK, Europe, Asia, USA) and understand how important reliability, clear communication, deadlines, and consistency are in professional workflows.

Tools: Lightroom + Photoshop
Special focus: clean color, cohesive galleries, natural retouching
Every project I take on is handled with precision, respect for deadlines, and genuine care for your work.

How the collaboration works?

I know how difficult it can be to trust your photographs to someone else.
That’s why my workflow is designed to make you feel calm, clear, and comfortable at every stage.

1. Reach Out
The first step is simple — send me a message via Direct or email.
We’ll briefly discuss:

• what you need (color correction, skin retouching, or full editing),
• the number of photos,
• deadlines and the collaboration format.

No unnecessary steps or complicated technical details — just clear communication and respect for both your time and mine.

2. Send Your Photos

You send a link to your photos via any convenient file-sharing service
(Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.).

File requirements:

• Color work — RAW files only
• Skin retouching — JPEG or TIFF
• Minimum order — 10 photos

Please include references or examples of the desired result.
This saves time and helps me clearly understand your vision.

3. Color Workflow
If you need color creation and don’t yet have a defined style, I will:

• select one photo from each location,
• create several color options,
• you choose the one that feels right for you,
• I fine-tune the details if needed

If you already have your own style, you send a folder with key edited images, and the full order is paid upfront.

4. Retouching
If you need skin retouching only, I:

• do one free test image,
• you review and approve the result,
• after confirmation, we proceed with payment and the full order.

I don’t offer free test retouching for entire series — this allows me to maintain quality and focus on real projects.

5. Payment

After approving the color or test image:

• you receive a payment link,
• or payment can be made via bank details.

I work officially, so the payment process is simple and transparent.

6. Editing & Delivery.

After payment, I start the full editing process
and deliver the finished photos within the agreed timeframe.

Important to Know
I work with a booking system, so please contact me in advance about upcoming shoots.

Last-minute requests like “I need it today” without prior booking are, unfortunately, almost impossible.

FAQ

No. The photographer always does photo selection.

I wasn’t present at the shoot, so I can’t fully feel the atmosphere or identify the key moments.
My focus is color, editing, and consistency across the series—not image selection.

That’s where my real strength is, and I’ve been doing this successfully for over 7 years.

No. I never publish any work without the photographer’s permission.
If you prefer that your images not be used in my portfolio, that is absolutely fine and always be respected.

You send the selected RAW files via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any other platform that’s convenient for you.

No, I don’t work with ready-made presets.
Each series is edited individually, taking into account:

– lighting,
– location,
– skin tones,
– and your personal style.

This approach is what ensures clean, consistent, and predictable results throughout the entire gallery.
Exception: If you already have your own preset or defined style and want me to work within it, I can easily adapt and follow your direction.
Yes, revisions are possible. All preferences and adjustments are discussed during the color approval stage — before payment.
The process looks like this:

1. We agree on the style, color direction, references, and technical brief.
2. After you review and approve the sample images, full payment is made.
3. I edit the entire series according to the approved direction.

Minor adjustments that align with the agreed brief are included in the price. If a new request appears that wasn’t part of the original agreement, it is billed separately. If a revision concerns something that was included in the brief or references but wasn’t implemented on my side, it is corrected free of charge.
Payment is made after the color and editing direction are approved. This means you decide to move forward only after you’ve seen a sample result and are confident it fits your expectations. Once approved, full payment is made, and only then do I proceed with editing the entire order.
I don’t work in a “just make it look nice” format. Even a minimal reference or a short brief helps achieve the desired result faster and more accurately, saving you a lot of time. If you don’t yet have a defined style, we can absolutely shape it together — but never blindly.

Leave your contact information and I’ll contact you and answer all your questions.
